Keratosis – Laser Removal

Fraxel laser initiated the use of several microscopic laser rays instead of a particular, solid one. In layman’s terms, the solid, single beam laser provides the keratosis patient with a sense of being beaten by a motor vehicle, while a fractional or Fraxel laser is like being hurt by a handful bees. The exposure is that the consequences produced by a single laser and a fraxel laser are comparable; the major difference being less sting for the keratosis patient and quicker recovery.

Fraxel laser treatment is a non-ablative type laser. After some amount of treatment, it produces profits similar to those of ablative type lasers except without the pain, risks and length of recovery time. The resulting damage is widespread and the recovering from it, hurts for a long time. Fraxel lasers bypass the top level of the affected skin and warm the deeper levels, which arouses the skin to enlarge its collagen and elastic construction. There is no significant damage. As a matter of fact, the majority of the tissues of damaged skin stay unaffected until after the therapy and, consequently, able to remove the damaged skin quicker, causing less pain. After the cure the skin’s surface and tone advances and the skin turns into tauter and smoother.

With super-heating levels of the keratosis, the affected skin arouses collagen and increases production, which restores the skin and regenerates its elasticity and smoothness. Unlike ablative type lasers which develop only the outer level of the skin, Fraxel laser, a non-ablative type laser, improves the quality and texture of the skin beneath the upper epidermis. This produces dominant re-texturing and refreshing effect.

The natural span of a single laser treatment ranges from 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the spot being treated. Generally, you will experience 3 to 4 days of minor swell and one day of redness followed by a slight skin flaking. If you have to return to work immediately, you may simply mask the area makeup.  When the procedure is performed by an expert physician, the danger of scarring or contamination of keratosis will be infrequent.

Fraxel laser already has a recognized track record, which shows that Fraxel is as helpful as other skin lasers when used in skin resurfacing. While constantly achieving high results, it is more secure than several other laser treatments on the market these days. Additionally, it is by far the simplest. It presents an outstanding option for keratosis patients who are afraid of pain, along with those who cannot afford to take the time off from their active lives to recover.

Simply put, fraxel laser treatment is the more effective and simplest cosmetic treatment to undergo for  keratosis.
